With the development of mobile technology and the popularity of wireless network application, mobile technology has achieved outstanding progress in the area of net-building and equipment R&D. Tuning slider product is a very important component of this Multi-radio BTS. Changing the RF signals of Duplex filter and coupling RX signals and TX signals are two important functions of this tuning slider product. The typical structure of this Tuning slider consists non-metal fixed support part combining to several different parts with metal surfaces area, of which constitute an entity mode to explore definite function solidarity.This thesis expatiates on the product quality control of tuning slider, emphasis on improvement and optimization of plastic molding process and plating process with PPS material. Main study content and outcome as below: Firstly, this thesis analyzes wireless communication slider product structure character and functional requirement and confirms the final material to produce wireless communication slider products by comparing the functional characters of both PEI material and PPS material.Secondly, with the assistant of Mold-Flow analysis software, related simulation is conducted with simulating molding process and analyzing possible defect types and location, combining DOE method to confirm the final product molding process parameters. This thesis elaborates the root cause of defects and related solution. Lastly, after stating the plating process of Tuning slider systematically, this thesis analyzes the root cause of defects and related solution which can give reference for quality controlling of plastic plating products.This thesis focus on wireless communication slider product development process and quality control technology study procedure, which can provide directional reference in product R&D and project study...
