| With the mobile network grow rapidly in China, the network scale expanses rapidly, we find it too difficult to ensure the daily maintenance of the network devices with the outgoing number of the network scale. Along with all the network daily supervisory control system close to centralized, it also requires the management mode of the power supply equipment maintenance to meet the demand of modern maintenance management.In this paper, we study the power and air-condition centralized supervisory control system, introduce the development and the present situation of the system, and traverse the current situation of the system in Shanghai Mobile Corporation, analyze the potential hazard in the supervisory control system. We mainly study the resolution to the potential hazard of the current system, optimize the system from hardware research, database schema and the system architecture building; and we test the optimization and get the result data. We compare the result data with the old system and find out that the optimization is suitable for the system in the Shanghai Mobile Corporation as the expected results. With the optimization we realize the power and environment monitoring of the telecommunication room and the base station, at the same time to ensure the accuracy and time of the monitoring data. |
