Study And Design On Demand Management Platform Of China Mobile

Workflow plays a very important role in many modern enterprises. By means of explicit and clear flow, daily work can be sorted out and the operation more effectively. In requirement management platform, enterprise staff information of various departments can be grasped, the requirements and the projects can be understood more accurately,overall management and coordination between departments can be finished according to the demand of each department, and detail work information of every department can be known more conveniently.This paper design a workflow using APPFrame development framework, use JSP+Servlet technology to design and implement a demand management platform based on B/S. It mainly implements the functions of the enterprise’s requirement flow definition,requirement information management, basic information management, and function authority distributionIn the process of implementation of the system, automatic definition and the definition of artificial mode are used for the definition of workflow. The founder of the requirement can enhance requirement approval level by manual intervention according to the requirement analysis results which is more people sign pattern or simply choose requirement executor, thereby the execution cycle can be shorten greatly. Under normal circumstances requirement can come into next work process according to a pre-defined workflow, dealt with by the administrator uniformly. After the completion of the needs of the implementation, the results will be feedback to the creator of requirement, and the creator check and accept, evaluate and archive. The prototype system of demand management platform has been tested in the Related Companies, which greatly improves the efficiency of the relevant departments.
