| In recent years, the video sharing site rapidly develop on a global scale. In February 2005, the world’s largest video site YouTube officially born, which became the starting point of the booming of global video site. In April of 2005, two pioneer of China’s video website : tudou and youku launched one after another. Since then, countries around the world of video web site launched in succession.In our country, the rapid development of video sharing, has now formed a mature development pattern. After a decade, there is still no breakthrough in the profit problem. So the loss of situation still continues. Due to the content operation and commercial cashability is not balanced, the mainstream of video website’s content resources still need to be solved.Tencent Video has been online since 2011. Within only five years, Tencent has caught up with Youku and Tudou, becoming the first three video websites. According to Tencent’s financial reports of 2015, the seasonal income has grown steadily, and the cashability has gone high. As a result, Tencent has become an important representative in the video industry. This study take network video business as the research object, and take one of the three largest video website,Tencent video,as research samples, through the interpretation of the video website development present situation and Tencent video in its commercial operation mode, to analyze our country mainstream video sharing site commercial related law, and tries to design suitable for the video website development business model, to promote the economic development of new media to provide theoretical reference and promote the maximization of video industry business can be sold and turned into money. |
