The software radio technology based on digital communication makes the wireless communication technology full of vigor and vitality.This paper is the study of modem interface card system, choose FPGA as the core of the common CPCI system board as the next crew, PCI bus for the upper machine and the lower machine transmission bus, Visual Studio 2010 to write PC software. First introduced the overall design of the system.
