In recent years, the world has been experiencing a great rapid of Internet tecknowledge improving, more and more companies improved the investment of all kinds of management work, to promote the efficiency of information management. The researched electric company has a big scale of its business and employees, manual labor occupy large proportion in the records management. With the increasing size of such companies and human resources, more datas are involved in the record management, the working process is being more and more complicated. Tradational record management is by way of manual operation, such method has disadvantages of low efficiency and duplication of effort. Thus, this article intends to develop a set of record management system according to a electric corportion.This article takes the record management department as an object. First of all, analysis the system users demands, then, give a nonfunctional demand analysis of the system; finally, giving a detailed analysis of every functional module,such as the user login subsystem, subsystems of system management, the user information management subsystem, subsystem of record management with functions of record recorded_in and record modifying, the record roll out subsystem and subsysterm of record certificate management.etc. During system implementation, B/S architecture is based on to develop the system, SQL Server 2008 is used to develop Database, the programming language C# is adopted for its concise and efficient.In concern of the real record management, this article analysis the demand of the record processing department. Design and implement various subsystems needed in the records management system. Fulfilled the demands of users and various subsystems. Such records management system conform to the practical work of records information administration, and has actual practical significance in the improving of efficiency in the records processing department.
