| In the new media era, making business transformation from traditional TV to smart TV is an important mean for television manufacturing enterprises to obtain the dominant position in the market competition. Decoding chip is the unique component of smart TV. The processing and loading of data and programs in production system is the specific manufacturing process which is the absent in the traditional TV production system. The transforming the production system in data processing is the top priority.In technical aspects, the production system is required to enable the high-efficiency and precision of the production procedures, and uniqueness and consistency of the outputs in data. SOCKET communication technology is adopted. According to the manufacturing process working with a self-created data format, each operation of manaufacturing process is defined as a unique number in the head of data format, and the tail of data format is used for data verification. After splitting the data format, system only listens and analyzes the head queue to make the R/W and operation responding more speedy and more efficiently, and verifies the tail to ensure the accuracy of data transmission. PL/SQL storage procedure encapsulates and invokes the frequently used programs working with lock mechanism. The self-created data processing method takes advantage of the unique loading data and unique TV parts’ serial numbers to bind them together and proceed a unique sign with which internet service providers distinguish each smart TV. The uniqueness and consistency are achieved. In managerial aspects, it is the common characteristics of manufacturing enterprises that systems enable data traceability, access control and IT governance in cost performance. The production system consists of clients, application server and database server, based on SOCKET communication technology and PL/SQL storage procedure, and uses various function interfaces, such as client authorization management, loading data retrieve, data query and report generation, to meets the managerial needs.This thesis focuses on the analysis of the framework and the technique design and adopting. The technique with high compatibility and maturity is preferable. Under the comprehensive consideration of timing, cost and flexibility in the system transformation, independent R&D provides cost advantage and makes IT utilization soar up and up into IT governance. The transformation of data processing can nicely suit the survival and bunisess needs, gives a consideration to both the technical requirements and the managerial requirements, and at the same time is worth of spreading among the smilar manufacturing enterprises. |
