In nowadays the rapid popularization of the Internet, a lot of shopping demand contributed to the rise of online shopping a few big.At the same time, the electricity in the pie is also home to a few glad several sorrow.There are many electrical business because of various reasons did not do but at risk of collapse.For this kind of phenomenon, the various domestic and foreign scholars have quite interested in the case for the study, trying to dig their internal cause.Mostly through some of the traditional methods such as user experience ask questionnaires, focus groups, interviews and other methods, this can play a good effect on vertical field research methods.But in the field of the cross, the traditional method is to can't really cross of both the deep study on the user, according to user's inner emotional need.First of all, this article analysis the relationship between mental models and website user experience, tell us about the necessity of mental models applied in the online shoping website.Then, through the interview method of users, think aloud method and questionnaire methods such as audible for user mental models, and in view of the existing shopping website at sectors: navigation category analysis, process, layout and jump way, get the mental models of the user when buy, and then further through brainstorming design methods, such as access to demand function point, will ultimately demand function point into the design of the actual project application, and once again to usability testing results.Through the analysis for the extraction of user mental models, we get the function point and applied in the actual project. According to usability testing feedback as you can see the comparative analysis on the user's mental model can effectively improve the user experience in the process of shopping.
