Research On Network Management Standardization

Network is the main element of human life in the 21st century. With the progress of network, people’s basic necessities of life contact with network closely. Particularly in information ear, people are more closely related to network. Currently in China, with the improvements of education, more and more people become Internet users, almost the generation after 80s or 90s has become Internet users. Therefore, the influence of network is more and more profound to various aspects. The most obvious feature of the network is convenient to people’s life, because the spread of information cost no money. It’s also convenient to Enterprise publicity. Although network bring convenient to people’s life, without effective network management, there are also various problems and negative effects, such as false information, information theft and other online scams. These problems not only affect people’s life, but also have a bad influence on the normal economic operation. How to regulate the network management, and how to make it better to serve people’s life has attracted more and more people’s attention.This paper elaborates on network problems and resolution. The first part is the overview of current network environment with a rapid development of the Internet. Although the network brings convenience to people’s life, it also caused many problems. This part also analyzes the previous research in this area, and introduces Korea’s network management. The second part is the theory part. Firstly it analyzes the basic concepts of network management, and gives comprehensive analysis of "value balance and order maintenance, specifications dimensions-the jurisdiction, procedure, responsibility; governance of cooperation and participation ". It combines with network features, and realizes a new way to apply the theory. The third part is the comprehensive description of network problem. In China, the current problems of network include internet rumors, the spread of unhealthy information, internet fraud and Information Security problems. These problems seriously affect the network environment which requires a comprehensive treatment. The fourth part is the analysis of various causes of network problems. From the global perspective, the main cause of network problems include a rigid fast speed, large volume, low cost and wide information source, a poor application of the network technology, inadequate laws and regulations, lack of perfect management, poor self-control of internet users and so on. The fifth part is the strategy analysis of network management. The solution of network problems should be combined with the full text theory firstly, and should be discussed and analyzed, which has a strong theory value and significance. The main problem-solution is to change the management thought, to improve system and mechanism, to improve users’self-discipline, and to perfect network civilization system construction.With the strict logic and the combination of theory and practice, the text is in an objective way to analyze the network problems and network management. Particularly, it keeps paces with times, to analyze the reasons of new problems in current network, and to give the constructive strategies of standard management.
