Design And Implementation Of An Integrated Management System For Higher Vocational Colleges Practicing Teaching

Recently,the growth of enrollment number and graduation number of college students bring difficulties and new challenges to the management of internship,career training and job searching for colleges especially for those training colleges.After the implementation of “2+1” rotation internship system in some training colleges in the last couple of years,the information about graduating students,senior students,co-op students,interns and potential hiring companies increases rapidly,meanwhile the traditional manual data processing and data management leg back.This causes many problems in information management of graduates.Thus,in order to standardize and regulate the management of internship of graduating students and also to provide a high-quality information service platform for hiring companies and institutes,it is critical to design and develop a reliable,user-friendly,relatively comprehensive training and practical data management system with divers functionalities such as data collecting,information reporting/checking,internship monitoring and feedback receiving.This report describes the design,development and realization of a comprehensive practical teaching management system based on WEB and APP.Through demand-supply analysis,development design and test,this system is developed to solve major issues concerning the current management of graduating students,senior students,co-op students,interns and potential hiring companies,to analyze the college management flow by means of some relevant information and data analysis.The database is installed on Windows processing system using ASP language plus ADO.NET database technology combined with ASP.NET structure design.The practical training teaching management system is realized based on B/S and allows a detailed analysis of flow and procedure and function requirement of employment management of graduating students;meanwhile,the major function modules of the system were also designed and fulfilled.The six major functions of the practical training teaching system are: rotation internship,college internal co-op,employment following up,information release,data collection,feedback receiving and database.This WEB-and APP-based practical training teaching platform not only provides convenient management tools and software for the administrative team of GK training college,but also plays asignificant role in improving both the quantity and quality of our student employment as well as efficiency of our leadership team.The system features with nicely designed interface,easily-use tools,and powerful and comprehensive functionalities.
