The Analysis And Realization Of Voice Service Scheme In LTE

In recent years,, the fact that the traditional voice services are being eroded by OTT business is becoming more and more serious. With the arrival of 4G Age, LTE architecture has become the main evolutionary direction of the Mobile Communication Systems, the proportion of incomes'from operators voice and SMS business have being accounted more than half. It is indicated that the needs that voice services for users is still an indispensable important part. The fact that the LTE network architecture can still provide mature voice services and ensure the continuity between 2G/3G network and LTE network voice services has been followed more interests by the operators, equipment manufacturers and users.This research mainly analyzed three main solutions, which was advanced by the times industry of LTE from the background, system architecture and the flows of voice service, and concluded that VoLTE is the final solution through the comparison of schemes. China Mobile put forward clearly the conclusion that VoLTE is the mainly proposal of TD-LTE voice, while taking into account the CSFB. SvLTE is a kind of terminal form, and will exist fora long time. VoLTE is controlled by the IMS network and get to call in the end and provide the indemnification of QoS which is from port to port through the PCC architecture, when it moves to the place that there is no covering of TD-LTE, Making use of the technology of eSRVCC switching to switch to the GSM network for achieving the continuity among the voice services.This research put forward the detailed proposals of solutions from the six areas, which includes the new construction of Diameter signaling network of Yunnan Mobile, the construction of the three fusion HSS, the IMS core network, the existing core network of 2/3/4 4G, the upgrading of 4G PCC Network and so on, and then completed the design of core network and implementation, which is the proposal solutions of Yunnan Mobile LTE voice. In this research, the author mainly focuses on the designing proposal of the VoLTE-IMS core network, and get the conclusion that the calling closure rate of VoLTE network is close to 100%, and the delay of calling connection is less than 5s by analyzing and validating the indicators of the VoLTE Network calling, which has been deployed by mainstream test software. Finally, this research analyzed the existing problems of VoLTE network and put forward some different kinds of proposals.
