Research On The Schedule Control Of Software Projects In Z Company

Software project schedule management has always played an important role in software project management. Reasonable and efficient software project schedule management can effectively control the entire software project development process, and can even optimize the control of other factors besides time element, such as cost, quality, risk, etc., while delivering products on time or shortening construction period, can save project costs, ensure project quality, and reduce project risk. At present, the software project schedule delay is a serious phenomenon, coupled with the fierce competition in software industry, poor project management delays will not only affect the company’s reputation, but also the further collaboration between customers and the company. Good project schedule management has become a top priority for many software companies, but also an important way to ensure that software products on time delivery, quality assurance and cost savings.This paper takes the software project schedule management of Z company Shanghai R&D center as the research object, analyze the existing problems in the process of schedule management, combined with the theory and method of project management and puts forward some suggestions for improvement of software project schedule management for Z company, through the standardization of agile management process improvement projects in the daily operation and management so as to improve the effectiveness of project schedule management, in order to provide the implementation of software project management the reference for Z company software projects. This paper mainly elaborates from the following aspects:(1) Introduce the background and significance of the research, analyze the development situation at home and abroad, and determine the significance and framework of this research. (2) The main theory of software project schedule management, main activities and control methods are presented in this paper. (3) Analyzes the present situation of the software project schedule management and analyzes its problems in schedule management. (4) Aiming at the existing problems of schedule management of software project Z company, put forward specific suggestions to optimize schedule. (5) Case study. This paper combines the theory and practice, the research has a certain guiding significance to the software project schedule management of Z company, and also has certain reference value to other enterprises in this industry.
