| With the rapid development of economics,types of materials have become more and more abundant,and the scale and quantity of warehouse also have become larger and larger.As an important role of the business management,warehouse monitoring is closely related to the productive safety and economic benefit of the enterprise.Currently,most warehouse monitoring systems follow the way of manual work or field bus method,which has some problems such as blind monitoring zone,complex installation and high cost of operation and maintenance,etc.With actual project and IoT(Internet of Things)architecture,a warehouse monitoring system is designed based on ZigBee wireless sensor network and embedded technology.Storage administrators can use the browser to query the warehouse real-time environment parameters,images and historical data.When an exception occurs,the abnormal area can be positioned and alarm by different ways.Firstly the paper studies on ZigBee and embedded technology,determines the function and the design principles of warehouse monitoring system.And the paper builds the whole framework of the warehouse monitoring system based on this function and design principles.In this paper,it takes processor S5PV210 based on Cortex-A8 core and embedded Linux system as the control core,and it sets up ZigBee wireless sensor networks by using the chip CC2530.According to the system function,it designs the hardware.The hardware is divided into two parts:ZigBee wireless sensor network and control center.ZigBee wireless sensor network hardware includes three parts:a core board,coordinator/router backplane and terminal node backplane.The control center uses Smart210 module with S5PV210 processor and design the system required function modules.Secondly,the paper studies on the localization method of the warehouse’s inner collection node to judge conveniently the abnormal zone position.It introduces some common positioning algorithms and node coordinate calculation methods of WSN.It builds the ZigBee network RSSI measurement distance mathematic model by measuring and simulating.After analyzing,the system uses the joint algorithm based on RSSI and DV-Hop,and ensures the weighted value of the two parts in the different distance ranges.Finally simulation results show that the positioning accuracy of the node has greatly improved.Besides,this paper shows the software design for the ZigBee network and control center.It analyzes the operating mechanism and the networking process of the ZigBee protocol stack.Then it designs the program of all types of ZigBee network devices and accomplishes the construction of the ZigBee network.The control center software mainly includes the design of the alarm module,capturing the mages of warehouse,setting up communication protocol of the control center and the ZigBee coordination,transplanting the embedded Boa server and SQLite database,the design of CGI program.Finally,the communication distance,the network effect,the positioning accuracy,the power consumption of ZigBee network and the each module of the monitoring system need to be tested.Experimental results show that the design of the warehouse monitoring system based on IoT technology can work normally and also meets the requirements of the warehouse monitoring. |
