| The rapid development of information technology has revolutionized people’s lives.The emergence of new products,new applications and new services has led to a strong growth in information consumption,which has formed a huge emerging consumer market.The billing model based on network traffic and broadband rate puts forward the requirements of third party verification for the accuracy of network traffic and broadband rate measurement.There is a constant legal dispute between consumers and operators about network traffic,So providing network traffic and broadband speed measurement technology for the information consumer market has become an urgent problem.The purpose of this thesis is to measure network traffic and broadband rates.The amount of network traffic is usually calculated by the computer,but the computer itself is not used as a measuring instrument,so its measurement results are not legal,can not trade settlement.As a result,this thesis focuses on the following work:(1)Aiming at the traceability of measuring software such as network traffic and network broadband speed,this thesis makes a bit value traceability experiment.The final value of the standard file into the electrical signal,the source of the pulse waveform parameter of the bit value standard file is realized.The oscilloscope contains the analog channel and the digital channel,the analog channel relative to the national primary standards of pulse has very clear traceability chain,the digital channel corresponds to the standard value of the standard file,Comparing the measurement results of the analog and digital channels to establish the bit value relative to the national pulse reference traceability relationship.(2)In order to solve the problem of accurate measurement of the equipment or software,this thesis designs a network traffic standard value generation scheme.The high-precision time synchronization board and the FPGA-based traffic generator are used to realize the transmission of the network traffic standard in the precise time.Based on the study of the network self-similarity,the ON/OFF model is.selected to generate the standard traffic with real network self-similarity by comparing various network traffic models.(3)In order to solve the problem of whether the current network broadband rate measurement is accurate and reliable,this thesis designs a network broadband rate measurement scheme.The rate of background flow rate of different sizes is set by using the flow rate controlled method based on feedback mechanism.The wan simulator simulates the real network condition and sets the standard value of the bottleneck bandwidth.The standard value of network available bandwidth is obtained with the subtraction.Based on this standard value,the accuracy of the measurement results of the two bandwidth measurement tools Pathload and Pathchirp are verified. |
