Design And Implementation Of Personalized News Recommendation System

With the popularity of mobile smart devices and the rise of content entrepreneurship,a large number of content generated by the independent media,and spread rapidly with the huge user groups.With the coming of new media era,information is increasing rapidly,but the large amount of information also caused overload problem,massive information make users dizzying.Through analysis of user habits,personalized news recommendation system identify user’s interests,then recommend the news which user concerned about,and filtering the content which they are not interested in.And combined with content from the individual media,recommend some high-quality content to users,which would enhance the user’s reading experience,also increased the influence of media entrepreneurs.This thesis is around the research and implementation of the personalized news recommendation system.After the research on many recommendation strategies,the recommendation based on the user’s similarity recommendation and the recommendation based on the user’s label are selected.This thesis will focus on the backend of the system,which includes news entry,processing of news content,analysis of user behavior log,recommendation,user behavior interface,message queue processing.Firstly,this thesis expounds background of the project,introduces the research status of personalized recommendation and the mature case in industry.Then,the requirements are summarized in the requirement analysis and introduces functional requirements of each module,and the data flow graph and the use case diagram are obtained.Then,the data stream entries in the data flow chart are described.Then,the technical architecture design and the overall function module structure are introduced in the outline design,the functional structure and data storage of each module are obtained ordered by the module.In the detailed design,the function points are described in detail by combining the requirements analysis and the outline design,and the logic of each function point is clearly described in combination with class diagram,timing diagram and other graphs.At the end of the thesis,give a summary of the current development situation find the direction of improvement,and the future direction of development to make a prospect.At present,the first phase of the product has been developed and is on the line,the product follow-up project is constantly improving.
