After years of development, China Mobile Zhejiang Ltd. expand a larger number of channels, acquire a large number of customer resources on this basis. Moreover, along with the development of Zhejiang Province’s social economy and China Mobile’s new businesses, marketing channels and customer resources are still increasing. Therefore, based on the above status quo, China Mobile Zhejiang Ltd. Channel Centralized Management System was researched and developed.Channel information and channel business management were the backbone functions of China Mobile Zhejiang Ltd. Channel Centralized Management System. According to the business characteristics achieved by the management system, Oraclellg database, B/S architecture and SSH framework were used as the technical support of the system. Oraclellg database have powerful management performance, and is currently widely used in service management systems for various state-owned units. SSH framework is composed of Hibernate framework, Struts framework and Spring framework where each one has its merits, obtaining all advantages and characteristics of each framework and improving the system layering and the development efficiency.The system realized three main modules, that were basic channel information management, shop visit task management and channel business process management. Basic channel information management mainly included integrated query of channel branch, integrated display of channel information, channel information management, information input of competitor branch, cooperative business management, channel information field customization and channel personnel management. Shop visit task management mainly included shop visit configuration, group management, task management, shop visit tracking and activity information reporting. Channel business process management mainly included process configuration management, process application management and work order management. The types of process that can be applied included door head application, deposit management, core information modification, bank account information modification, star adjustment and so on.System research and development work were based on the actual situation of China Mobile Zhejiang Ltd. and the characteristics of centralized channel management, better meeting actual requirements of China Mobile Zhejiang Ltd.. After being putting into use officially, the system heightened the management effect of various channels owned by the company, standardized the application process of each business, and it was also beneficial for the managers to grasp the actual work situation of the staff at the same time, improving the work efficiency. |
