This thesis analyzed the intelligent hardware enterprise A company channel management under the smart retail industry background.Cause A company is the best company under the background at present.Through the research of A company channel management can build the intelligent hardware benchmark in the smart retail industry,and also can creat win-win in the smart retail industry.This thesis through research methods of case study,observation,investigation,qualitative and quantitative methods,interdisciplinary research methods and literature,it also analysis the external and internal environment of A company,and the status of A company channel managements.Based on above analysis,find out three problems exsiting on A company channel management,which are channel design,channel incentive and channel conflict.Then do analysis for the problems exsiting in the A company channel management status,and give out the corresponding solutions for those problems.This thesis conclude that A company should solve the channel management problems from insititutional level,talent level and incentive level.To build a channel management system,recuirt suitable talents,formulate the effective channel incentive policies and regular assessment.In that can help A company development,to creat a industry modle and realize the business winwin.And get two point of enlightments from the research of A company channel management.First,is A company can adopt the right direction through analysis,use the correct strategy and method to land the business.Second,is can do contribution in integrating the decentralized business environment through build A company as a modle in the industry.There are limitations in this thesis.The first limitation is do research work in the knowned direction of channel management.The second limitation is do research from A company positioning as the role of intelligent hardware channel management.In the future,the research direction may be to combine channel management with brand management,to study how to comprehensively improve the channel and brand management scheme,or to study the multi-modal problems that may arise in the development process of channel management.
