Along with the development of the the Internet,we can see that the mode of information communication is changing, "One-stop" spread by the official media is becoming into multiple communication under the new media form.With weibo,wechat,broadcast network platform for represent,the online community spread rapidly,the public opinion field is showing a trend of diversification.The difference between the transmission of two public opinion fields lead their opposing,and it result a series of bad influence for the development of the society.So,resolve the conflict between two public fields,promote the consensus of two public opinion fields reconstruction is the core issue of this study.This artical discussed the difference between the two public opinion field:On the characteristics of the two public opinion field,the speed of official public opinion field spread is slow,its spread is also mechanical, the information dissemination is authoritative.While public opinion field travels faster,the information of it is context,network clustering effect is obvious.The reason why they have conflicts are they have poor communication,the official public opinion field is deficiency of credibility,the public opinion field is irrational.Due to the influence of this opposition caused the spread of rumors, the irrational in network and the decease of government credibility.Using the method of case analysis and content analysis,from the discussing of CCTV "Dongguan yellow stream" report,we can see that opposition exists in two public opinion fields,we can also research the reason why they have conflicts.from "Beijing 7.21 storm" event,we can see that two public opinion fields are reconstructing the consensus effectively. From these years cases,we can see that the consensus trend of two public opinion fields is increasing.The results show that through the efforts,two public opinion fields can make their conflicts resolution and consensus reconstruction.In order to promote the two public opinion field fusion,the official media field should enhance its credibility,let the information spread timely,transmit real information,make the route oftransmission innovation, strengthen the effective communication with the opinion leaders;The public opinion field should carry out rational checks,make the management of public opinion field appropriately;Finally,through the lower profile of the official public opinion field, flat mentality of the public opinion field,two public opinion field set common agenda,promote the consensus of two public opinion fields can be truly reconstruction.
