Based On Web And Workflow Technology Enterprise Collaborative Office System(OA) Of The Design And Implementation

The birth of OA and application, it is on the development of the modern office, it has changed the traditional must start with a paper document as a medium for document processing office way, it in a standard format, with strict security mechanism, the electronic data that could satisfy the requirement of management as the carrier.Based on an enterprise OA system as the research object, using Web services and the workflow(workflow) designed on the basis of analysis and implementation. System research and design of the main idea is: change the old way of office, according to the practical need for custom work process(BPR), different departments and utilizing resources, such as information integration, the greatest degree to improve the management ability of enterprises.Collaborative OA office system this paper designed and implemented by the enterprises,mainly in combination with the actual work of enterprise management needs, in the internal enterprise existing devices and networks, on the basis of the system function analysis, based on Web services, and workflow technology, and establish to personal office management, document circulation management and archives management and personnel management as the core content of the design and implementation of office automation system, through the test, can greatly improve the efficiency of work. This paper completed the main research content has the following several aspects:One is based on web technology and workflow technology, the system based on the analysis of the functional and nonfunctional requirements, complete the automatic office system design and implementation of the target.Second, on the basis of the system overall architecture design, through personal office module design, office module mainly realizes the user personal email management, scheduling, and notification of announcement and other related content; Through document management module design, based on the workflow design and web service invocation, truly achieve the function of enterprise daily document transceiver, archive; Greatly improving the document flow rate through the file management module, realize the enterprise archives filing, destroy, and access to borrowing,etc; By the personnel management module, and realizes the enterprise staff leave and terminate his/her leave the business process, basic can meet the needs of all the daily business management.Three is database of this system has completed the enterprise management planning, research,design, and implementation, finished based on the application of the implementation of workflow management system(development and implementation of workflow engine), and complete the application of enterprise OA system development, testing, and debugging. System put into use after running smoothly.This research combining the actual application requirements of an enterprise, from the Angle of the software to learn enterprise OA system to carry on the thorough analysis and design,development and deployment of a web service based, database as the core, workflow to support,daily office affairs management(such as system management, administrative management, file management, document management and department management aspects of content) for the application of office automation system, is expected to be high efficiency of enterprise office automation to provide useful help and support.
