Design And Implementation Of Barcode Management System In Manufacturing Enterprise

With the development of computer technology, bar code technology is continuous improve, around the bar code management. The investment is increasing in hardware,software and network facilities. In order to improve the fixed assets management of the whole enterprise, the production efficiency on production line and the sold products traceability, the design enterprise planning a new product bar code management system to meet the requirements of enterprises.This paper describes the design of a bar code management system, the users can apply different types of bar code segment through the system, such as product code,product code nature, material coding, logistics coding, storage code, and users can set corresponding different types of code bar code style, so as to facilitate barcode supplier according to certain standard print labels. The system can realize the management on the printed label. It also can solve the problem of whether the packaging box packaged products and check if the products is in the box. This system includes five function modules, they are basic data management module, tag management, product label inventory management, and collection management module and system management. In this paper, the related technologies in the system are introduced, including Java Script language, bar code rule, Web Service interface technology, J2EE architecture and bar code rules. Next, it is the system needs analysis, including functional requirements analysis, data flow diagram analysis and interface analysis, in addition to the performance requirements of the system. After the analysis of the system it is the design and realization, the design and implementation include system structure design, material topology structure design, database design, business process design interface realization and interface functions. At last, the function and performance of the system are tested.At present, the bar code management is on-line implementation, the effect of the system application is good, it can greatly improves the management in real-time and reduces capital investment and product storage planning It improves the operation efficiency of the enterprises, reduces investment in all aspects of the circulation time and manpower, improving product written record accuracy and the efficiency of production and management.
