The civil air defense alert network is a dedicated network used by the air defense sector to provide timely and accurate warning signals to the commonwealth,and its construction are closely related with the state of national and people’s lives and property.With the development of economy,constructions of urban are more and more intensive,the traditional base station air defense alarm network often can not receive the alarm signal(blind spot problem),and the fixed installation leads to the poor anti-destroy ability in wartime.Therefore,the development of a new air defense alarm equipment which has great network coverage and strong anti-strike capability without delay.In this paper,a new air defense network router based on self-organizing network technology is designed to solve the shortcomings of blind spots and poor survivability.According to the design requirements of the air defense alarm network,through the deep research of the classical routing protocol and the working principle and characteristics of the self-organizing network,a kind of network routing protocol OL-AODV which is suitable for civil air defense is developed.It simulates and compares the OL-AODV and AODV(on-demand distance vector routing protocol)by simulation software NS2,and compares the packet arrival rate and the average end-to-end delay performance in the corresponding scenarios,the feasibility of the protocol in civil air defense network is demonstrated.In this paper,the router uses STM32F103ZET6 as control core in the hardware and wireless data transmission module as a signal transceiver,and the application of the routing protocol OL-AODV makes it both has the functions of terminal and relay routing as the same time.It is verified by the alarm test that the airborne private network router designed in this paper can finish the corresponding alarm timely and accurately according to the different alarm signals,and the air-defense alarm network composed by they has the characteristics of great network coverage,strong anti-strike capability and mobile.It meets the requirements of modern air defense alarm network.
