The 3D printing technology is the most popular of manufacturing industry in the last two decades,known as the new generation of industrial revolution.3D printing technology is comply with the needs of modern society,because of its digital,small batch,personalized manufacturing and shorting the product development cycle,improving production efficiency.3D printing technology has been rapid development and extensive application.However,3D printing technology also has some shortcomings,manufacturing accuracy not high,low production efficiency,insufficient mechanical properties.FDM is a more common 3D printing technology,with cheap equipment,environmental protection,easy to promote,but there are unavoidable Warping deformation and step effects.This paper mainly studies the scanning path of FDM manufacturing process,focusing on the effects of different scanning path on the molding accuracy of manufacture and the molding efficiency.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper describes several basic scanning paths for FDM forming processes.Several basic scanning paths are reciprocating line scanning,offset scanning,hierarchical scanning and composite scanning,etc.The algorithm is realized reciprocal linear scanning and offset scanning.The composite scanning is combined by the two kinds of scanning,and the algorithm is similar with it.(2)The important parameters through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,different printing temperature,scanning speed,layer thickness,are influence for the manufacturing accuracy and production efficiency.So these parameters are selected moderate,from ANSYS thermal-structural coupling analysis.(3)In the ANSYS,the rectangular model is taken as an example,explored the numerical simulation of several different scanning paths.From ANSYS thermal analysis and structural analysis of the different scanning paths,the temperature gradient and stress distribution of model nodes are obtained,with using the APDL scripting language to write code programs.It is conclusions the change law of different scanning path to the manufacturing accuracy,which the best precision is the internal and external hybrid offset scanning and the best overall efficiency,forming efficiency and forming accuracy,is the composite scan,for the practical application of a certain reference.(4)Experiments were carried out on different process parameters and filling path,taking the rectangular box as an example.The absolute warping deformation of the model was measured.
