Three-dimensional printing is a popular rapid prototyping technology at present byusing a variety of molding materials. Therefore it develops rapidly and is widely used.Currently, there are very few studies on the production of three-dimensional printingequipment. It is of great significance for the application of three-dimensional printingtechnology in the traditional manufacturing the small tablets but with complex structureand other aspects. To develop the production of3DP technology, we need to solve theproblems of3DP technology forming quality and forming efficiency.Through the research on3DP forming mechanism, it studies the influence of printresolution, print speed and molding time to forming quality to determine the specificationsof3DP rapid forming. The paper combines the need for tablet production based on this toput forward the general conception of3DP devices to certain production efficiency andforms a set of3DP test systems. Repeatedly carry out production and tests by theformulations based on the self-developed3DP system, and improve the structure andfunction of the device to develop the existing formulations of print forming according tothe test results.The improved test equipment can print entity of good quality with a high formingaccuracy and can print on a mass scale as the expected production efficiency. This provesthe feasibility of the program of tablet-production3DP system; it also has a certainreference value and significance for the research on the production-oriented3DPtechnology.
