| This paper focuses on the project management information system,which is based on the combination of theory and practice,and analyzes the present situation and the prevailing problems of power engineering industry of China.At the same time,drawing on the international scientific and successful project information management model,considered with the actual situation of China’s power engineering industry,to adjust the project information management model and organizational structure.Through the use of this management model and management methods to improve China’s power engineering project information management level,and enhance the competitiveness of power engineering companies,as soon as possible to adjust to the international standards,and actively engaged in international competition.This article describes the project management information system using the B / S mode design,the operating system uses Windows Server 2008,the database is using oracle11 g,the hardware uses the IBM server,the system has been tested,user-friendly,practical and strong.This paper introduces the development environment of engineering project management at home and abroad,and analyzes the application achievements of existing IT in project management at home and abroad.Then the first chapter introduces the concept and function of the system,the model,the platform,Work-flow engine and other essential content,and in the next chapter we describe the project management information system in detail,including: the system coding system,reliability,security,stability and so on.On the basis of the demand analysis,the paper elaborates the system design,giving the system architecture design,the system module division,according to the system module division result,the system main module gives the design,mainly includes: the project basic information management,Cost management,subcontract management,material management,comprehensive reporting,mobile office and so on.Then the design of the database structure is given.On the basis of the design,the realization of the main module and the corresponding test are given.Finally,we point out what might be done in the future to improve the software. |
