The system developed by this paper is based on the industrialization cultivation project of Shanxi Provincial Department of Education.The project name is:the development of intelligent environmental protection system for scientific decision-making of water quality remote analysis(project number:14JF022).To meet the needs of agricultural irrigation water quality monitoring,the system developed by the project requires solar power and can work completely in the field.The data analysis speed within 1 minute,and the system monitored water quality pH,ammonia nitrogen content,dissolved oxygen,salt degree,turbidity,temperature,conductivity data accuracy are better than 4%,the system wireless transmission distance greater than 10000 km,the control delay is less than 1.5 seconds,the monitoring center can store 2 years of hydrological information,the database can store 16G measurement data.To complete the specific technical indicators of the industrialization cultivation project of Shanxi Provincial Department of Education to ensure the safety of agricultural irrigation water.Based on the structural design of agricultural water quality remote intelligent monitoring system,this paper designs a set of remote monitoring system of agricultural water quality based on the technology of Internet of things,PLC technology and sensor fusion technology.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.first of all,the development and status quo of water quality monitoring instrument at home and abroad are analyzed,and the overall technical structure and requirements of water quality remote(intelligent)monitoring system are studied with the actual technical indexes and requirements of the industrialization cultivation project of Shanxi Provincial Department of Education.and then a set of agricultural water quality remote intelligent monitoring system has been designed and developed.2.The hardware design and production of the agricultural water quality remote intelligent monitoring system are completed.After the allocation of I/O port resources of PLC,the specific wiring scheme of agricultural water quality remote intelligent monitoring system is given,and aim at the principle and output of water quality sensor's characteristic,a water quality sensor conditioning circuit PCB is drawn and a separate module is made.3.Completed the design and compile of PLC ladder diagram and embedded touch screen configuration software of the agricultural water quality remote intelligent monitoring system,and completed the intelligent mode function of water quality monitoring system according to the actual demand of agricultural water quality monitoring,and completed the agricultural water quality remote intelligent monitoring system to determine the Modbus protocol to help the team another student to complete the mobile side of the software development.The system can send data to the COMWAY network service platform through DTU,and completes the configuration design of the monitoring system on the computer side,realizes real-time data acquisition,historical data query,excessive alarm and agricultural water control function.4.Aiming at the characteristics of water quality sensor,the compensation method of sensor signal correction is studied,and a temperature compensation method of surface fitting is given according to the specific water quality data.The effects of temperature on salinity,turbidity,pH,,Ammonia nitrogen content,dissolved oxygen value measurement accuracy are decreased.The above work has completed the research and development of the industrialization cultivation project of Shanxi Provincial Department of Education,and reached the technical index of the project to be developed.In order to ensure the safety of irrigation water in the 1100 acres of orchards in Yangyu Town,Xianyang County,Shanxi Province,the system is applied to the park to ensure the safety of irrigation water in the park and meet the design purpose of the system.
