Magnetically Controlled Shape Memory Alloy(MSMA)is a new kind of intelligent material,which has many advantages such as big deformation,fast response speed and high energy density.It has broad application prospects in the field of sensor.Deformation of the magnetically controlled shape memory alloy under external force due to internal twins reorientation of the magnetization of the material to change,usually called MSMA reverse effect of this feature.MSMA sensors can be developed using this feature.Based on the inverse effect of the magnetically controlled shape memory alloy,the model of magnetic sensor shape memory alloy sensor is established.The parameters of the model are determined by the unscented Kalman filter algorithm.The simulation results show that the magnetically shape memory alloy sensor can be simulated by different input conditions(exciting force,pre-pressure and bias magnetic field),and the output signal of the induced shape memory alloy sensor can be obtained by the platform.But also can be the characteristics of the simulation platform and experimental system combined to deepen the experimental process of materials.Firstly,the deformation mechanism of MSMA is studied,and the model of MSMA sensor is established.The relation between the induced voltage and external magnetic field,pre-pressure,excitation force amplitude and frequency is deduced,which provides the objective function for parameter identification.Secondly,the unscented Kalman filter algorithm is used to identify the parameters of the external characteristic model of the sensor,which can meet the applicability of the model under different experimental conditions.The unscented Kalman filter algorithm and the chaos-quantum particle swarm algorithm are respectively used to compare the results of identification of MSMA sensor external characteristic model parameters,and verify the real-time performance of unscented Kalman filter algorithm in parameter identification of MSMA sensor external characteristic model.accuracy.Finally,the simulation platform of magnetotelluric shape memory alloy sensor is constructed and a MSMA sensor experiment system is set up.The experimental results are compared with the output of the simulation platform.The correctness of the simulation platform is validated.Platform to predict the induced voltage signal,to guide the follow-up experimental study.
