In recent years,with the rapid development of science and technology,more and more people pay attention to new materials and sensor technology,which are applied to various fields of life.Among them,magnetic controlled shape memory alloy(MSMA)is a typical representative.MSMA is a new type of intelligent material with shape memory function.It has the advantages of large shape variable,fast response speed and high energy conversion efficiency.Based on the inverse effect of MSMA material,this paper optimizes the overall design of MSMA sensor,builds the experimental system and characteristic simulation platform of MSMA sensor,and studies the relationship between the input signal and the output induced voltage of the sensor through experiments.Firstly,based on the theoretical analysis and design of MSMA sensor structure,the structure of each part of the sensor is optimized,and the magnetic field simulation is carried out with the finite element analysis software Ansoft Maxwell.The effect of optimization is verified by finite element simulation,and the optimized sensor size and shape are obtained finally.Then,the magnetic circuit of MSMA sensor is analyzed.According to the inverse effect of magnetic shape memory alloy and Faraday law of electromagnetic induction,the mathematical model of MSMA sensor is established,which is the target model of parameter identification.The differential particle swarm optimization(DPSO)algorithm and experimental data are used to identify the parameters of the mathematical model of the sensor.Then,a simulation platform for MSMA sensor characteristics is built by using QT and PyCharm software mixed programming and parameter identification model.The platform can predict the output induced voltage signal of the sensor under different input conditions.According to the experimental data and the simulation results of the simulation platform,the accuracy of the prediction results of the characteristic simulation platform is verified.Finally,the relationship between the output induced voltage and the input signal of MSMA is analyzed by experiment.Comparing the output induced voltage waveforms before and after optimization,the rationality of sensor structure design and the correctness of optimization are verified.In conclusion,this paper optimizes the structure of the magnetic shape memory alloy sensor to make the structure of the sensor more reasonable and the performance more perfect.The characteristic simulation platform is built to predict the output of the sensor,which lays the theoretical and technical foundation for the application of MSMA sensor.
