In the context of the rapid development of network technology and mobile media today, compared to the long, serious reading, more audiences tend to choose "reading pictures", watching video and other relaxed entertainment way of reading. In such a social environment, the "political communication" and "ACG culture", which had nothing to do with each other,began to produce an intersection,and under the interaction of the two, our political communication began to show a new reality of the picture.The general structure is as follows: Firstly, it defines the concept of "political communication" and analyzes the elements of political communication and the distinct stages of the political communication in China’s historical background, and makes a preliminary study on the political transmission mode of China.
