| With the development of industry and the progress of the national economy,Urban residents heating,heating demand increasingly on the rise,the use of large-scale chemical production of the boiler is also increasing,the use of industrial boilers are increasing every year.In the long-term use of industrial boilers,Ca2+、Mg2+ two ions will be in the form of carbonate attached to the boiler wall,thus forming a "scale".Therefore,in the industrial boiler water,the Ca2+、Mg2+ detection of these two ions is particularly important.Before the influent steam boiler water,Need to carry out ion exchange,filter Ca2+、Mg2+these two ions.But the ion exchanger is there to be aging,so we need real-time detection of water in the steam pot water hardness.If the hardness of the water has been too high,then in the boiler wall and the inner wall of the pipeline will be easy to form scale,seriously affecting the efficiency of the entire boiler system,serious cause explosion,threatening people’s lives.In order to develop a real-time detection of steam boiler water hardness of the automatic water hardness detector,this dissertation studies and designs a detection system that can detect the water hardness of the boiler in real time with the reagents and can check the results of the online inspection.Firstly,the system through the micro-controller can be automatically water samples,dropping chemical reagents and through the sensor to determine whether the reagent pool drops.The system can automatically carry out electromagnetic stirring,the use of TCS230 color sensor for water to determine the color,according to the different colors to determine whether the water hardness is qualified to complete the water hardness test.The system also through the industrial serial port designed the human-computer interaction interface,easy to operate.The entire system can achieve automated operation,instead of manual detection.Secondly,we designed a color signal detection circuit,peristaltic pump drive circuit,electromagnetic stirring circuit,alarm circuit,communication serial circuit and power supply circuit.In addition,through the digital filtering algorithm,the color sensor signal processing and its testing.The results show that the controller can accurately calculate the square wave number of each color component outputted by TCS230 color sensor,and meet the requirements of the system.Lastly,in this paper,the performance of the water hardness reagent on-line detection system was verified by the control experiment of different water hardness detection methods and the stirring-cleaning experiment of the system reagent mixing tank.The results show that the chemical reagents used in this system determine the accuracy of water hardness judgments,reagent mixing tank cleaning time of about 15 s;reagent mixing when mixing about 5s,time error range within ± 1s,satisfy the performance requirements of the water hardness reagent detection system. |
