In China,the theory and algorithm of the hydrological simulation model has been in the international advanced level,and even reached in the leading level in some areas.However,the way to develop and use the model by themselves,which is mainly taken in water conservancy industry,has hindered the development of hydrological simulation software for a long time and limits the extensive application of the excellent models.In view of the problem above,this paper proposes a cloud-based system creation platform for hydrological simulation,which is based on model standardization and model-base,features the efficiently building and ensures the intellectual property of the developers.And it also introduces the researches on the interface standardization of the platform.Firstly,this paper carries on the demand analysis of two respects of specialty demand and technical requirements.Secondly,it introduces the design of the platform and the design of interface standardization.On one hand,the platform isolates the users from the program of the hydrological simulation model effectively,based on the three-tier architecture of the Cloud service.On the other hand,combining the OpenMI standard and the characteristics of water conservancy industry in China,through the design of the research about the interface standardization of the model computation,the composition computation and the inputoutput,and the format standard of data,the platform can make a standard model classification system and realize the composition computation exchanging data within models in timesteps.Adopting the component technology,it can also realize the replace of model during the simulation and quickly generate a user defined single model or multi model combination simulation system through the platform framework,which makes model separate from a particular simulation system.Finally,this paper validates the viability and effectiveness of the design of the platform through the implement.With the researches on the platform and its interface standardization,it will make contribution to solve the problems about the low efficiency,massive repetitive development activities of water resources software production,and the lack of intellectual property rights protection.And it can also improve the level of the water conservancy software,and promote the development of a set of software in water conservancy industry and the extensive application of the excellent models.
