Research On The Standardization Of Museum Services

As a scientific management mode,standardization has been widely used in the service sector as a “tool” to guarantee service quality.Beijing Auto Museum is one of few museums that has completed the building and continuous operation of systematic service standardization in the sector,and is extremely representative in the culture museum sector with respect to the building of its standardization.Since the building of standardization began in 2012,the museum has achieved excellent practice effect,clean up the relationship among “people,finance,thing,and object” through standards,improve the workflow standards to sort out the collaboration mode among departments.By sticking to the idea of “Resorting to the standards when encountered with anything,solving the issues with the standards,and eliminating the contradictions with the standards”,the museum not only achieves the goal of “Running the museum with the standards”,but also improved the quality of public service.Based on the practicability and in combination with practice cases of Beijing Auto Museum,this article systematically analyzes the entire flow of the building of museum service standardization.The article mainly describes the role and implication of the building of museum standardization;illustrates the flow of the building of museum standardization according to related national standards and practice cases of Beijing Auto Museum,lists specific work items and key points in detail;and in preparing the standards,concentrates on the introduction to the preparation method of the standards and the building of the standard system.In the meantime,the article analyzes the standardization building of Beijing Auto Museum,and identifies the key points with respect to the building of museum service standardization.
