| Rice is a worldwide one of the most important food crops,as the crops of the largest water demand,in recent years,because that the information of paddy soil cannot be obtained and processed timely,soil moisture,water level,light intensity and other factors greatly affected the growth rate of rice and the occurrence of pests and diseases.Therefore,timely access to information of paddy field,and according to the acquired information for precise adjustment and control is the key of rice suitable growth conditions of security,and it is also an important research direction of modern precision agriculture.In order to achieve real-time data acquisition,automatic irrigation of paddy field and data processing,visualization and upload,the design and implementation of information monitoring system of automatic tracking solar power supply system is achieved.This system is based on the information collected sensors,ARM Cortex-M3 kernel based on STM32 MCU,LCD display,GPRS module,automatic tracking solar power supply system,irrigation area of the valve control and monitoring interface of computer components.The data obtained from information collection node can achieve real-time display on the LCD screen,and in the same time they are sent to the host computer through the GPRS module to achieve the realization of remote monitoring.By sampling the water level sensor to control the valve opening,and achieve precision irrigation control,and the information data are uploaded to the PC and saved as TXT format to be prepared for follow-up viewing.The experimental results show that this system can achieve real-time display and accurate transmission of sensors data to the host computer,the power supply system can meet the demand for electricity in continuous rain weather,and it can also control the switch of the valve accurately,so as to realize the precise control of valve.The main work of this design is as follows:(1)The solar power system.Based on the long-term power demand,this design adopts an automatic tracking solar power supply system composed by solar panel,battery,solar controller and light sensors.When this system works normally,according to the data collected from the two light intensity sensors to ensure the direction of solar panels to rotate to,so as to realize the maximum power conversion of solar energy into electrical energy.The solar power supply system can ensure the normal operation of the information collection node,and the normal work of the LCD display.(2)The information collection node.As a hardware platform,the information collection node has the function of acquisition,processing,display,information fusion,wireless transmission and so on,and it is the basic unit of the information monitoring system of paddy field.Information collection node processes the data collected by the sensors,and then realizes real-time upload through the GPRS module,and achieves real-time display of the information collection location by LCD.(3)Calman filter.The collected data should be filtered before the upload and display part,the main function is to process the collected data,and make them contain more accuracy and credibility.In this paper,through the MATLAB simulation results show the effect of the filter.(4)The host computer display.In this design,the network transmission assistant of wildfire is used to realize real-time online display,and the uploaded data can be saved in TXT format to the host computer,for follow-up viewing.(5)The part of valve control.The intelligent control of electric valve is adopted in this system,the independent chip processes the data acquired from valve position sensor and STM32 micro-controller,and then after the calculation,the single chip microcomputer outputs the control signal of valve position,thereby control the valve opening,and then realize the value opening and closing by electric control. |
