The Design And Implementation Of The Book E-commerce Systems Based On Data Mining

The rapid development of computer and communication technology has led to the development of e-commerce,which has a great impact on traditional marketing.The use of e-commerce can greatly enhance the sales of business products,but also reduce operating costs.In this general trend,the online book sales model has developed rapidly.Readers are attracted by the advantages of online bookstore,such as large quantity,convenient index,cheap price,etc.For the readers,buying books online is preferred.For the booksellers,more information and broader range of the book sales can be provided,Meanwhile,book sales online can reduce the personnel number and save the management cost.Based on these principles,the modern management of book sales information can be realized.Due to the massive data in e-commerce activities,data mining technology tend to be applied.Specifically speaking,customer order information can be mined by data mining,and through its association rules,the relationship and characteristics can be mined when customers buy different kinds of books,so as to achieve the best optimization of the web site and design a library management system which meet the consumer habits.The system is based on the B/S architecture,using three layer architecture model(the data access layer,business logic layer,and the appearance of the presentation layer).The system consists of three modules,library information management module,data mining management module and system management module.In this paper,the Apriori algorithm and FP-Tree algorithm of data mining technology will be analyzed deeply.Based on the analyzing and researching the advantages and disadvantages of many mining algorithms,improved Apriori algorithm is proposed— that is to say,set the interest items,scan the database only once,greatly improve the efficiency,realize the analysis and processing of massive data.The system achieves the analysis of the book sales information and users’ data through the data mining,in order that the statistics of book order information can be made conveniently by the book managers,which improve the information processing efficiency of the book sales.The system makes good use of the result of data mining,designs and realizes the optimization of the website and the personalized recommendation.According to these functions,the library manager can develop the scientific sales strategies to increase sales.
