Research On The Preservation Strategy And The Realization Mechanism Of Personal Archives

As an indispensable part of the social memory,the personal archives enriched the national archives resources.It can reflect the true face of the country,and the development of national culture,as a complement to social memory;and the preservation and management of the personal archives also reflects the gradual improvement of the living and cultural level of our people.With the deepening of personal archives research in China,the experience of the research on personal archives abroad have been introduced into China,which provides many references for the research of Chinese personal archives.The research object of this article is personal archives,it is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction-First of all,from the perspective of the research background and research status,combing the study of personal archives at home and abroad,and defining the purpose,the theoretical significance and the practical value of this study,at the same time,introducing the research content and research ideas,and describing the innovation of this article.The second part mainly introduces the basic concept of personal archives.This part includes two aspects of the content.Firstly,describing the personal archives,defining the concept of confusion that is relevant to personal archives,mainly defining private archives,personnel archives and family archives.Then,elaborating from three aspects:the value of personal archives,the construction meaning of personal archives and the role of social organizations in personal archives.In order to carry out a more detailed understanding of the personal archives.The third part combs the preservation status of personal archives at home and abroad.Use the method of comparative study to analyze and compare the current preservation status of domestic and foreign personal archives,mainly from the regulatory systems and practice projects,to summarize and analyze personal archives at home and abroad in these gaps.The fourth part focuses on the main strategies of preserving personal archives in China.First of all,from the traditional point of view to explain the preservation of personal archives,including paper archives and the new-medium archives.Then,from the digital point of view to explain the preservation of personal archives,including local personal archives and non-local networked personal archives.In the local personal archives preservation,mainly analyzing the preservation strategy of the removable storage devices and computer equipment.In the non-local networked personal archives preservation,mainly analyzing the preservation strategy on the fragmentation of the network storage and centralized cloud storage of personal archives preservation.The.fifth part mainly elaborates the realization mechanism of personal archives preservation.Mainly from the awareness,regulatory standards,technology,subject of liability and skill to analyze the realization mechanism of personal archives preservation,and consciousness is the prerequisite for the preservation of personal archives,regulatory standards are the basis for the preservation of personal archives,technology is the guarantee of implementation of personal archives preservation,subject of liability is the main part of personal archives preservation,and skill is the hard core for the preservation of personal archives.The last part summarizes the research contents and shortcomings of the article.The preservation strategy and realization mechanism of personal archives in China mainly through the comparative analysis with foreign research.Through summarizing personal archives research results and practical experience abroad,under the background of the research and preservation of Chinese personal archives,based on the current situation of personal archives at home and abroad,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the differences between China and other countries.From two aspects of personal archives(the traditional personal archives and digital personal archives)to put forward the main strategy of personal archives preservation,and from five levels(the awareness,regulations,technical,subject of liability and skill)to study the realization mechanism of personal archives preservation.In collaboration with archivists,the public and the national archives,personal archives as personal memory vouchers will play a greater role.
