Design And Implementation Of Residential Property Management System Based On ASP.NET Technology

Based on the computer-based combination of Internet technology,intelligent community management system,the use of process management,systematic operation to achieve efficient operation of the management model,so that property management becomes efficient and simple.Property management and the owners can use information and intelligent way to understand the community of various information,more conducive to dealing with the complex areas of the complex.So that property management staff better service owners,so that owners are satisfied with the work of property management.According to the present situation and some prominent issues existed in the estate management,the research realizes the estate management system by using the B/S three layer service structure based on the ASP.NET technique and the data base based on the Server 2005 SQL and connecting with the principle of the system research.The procedure of the research is divided into the following four aspects:1.The researching situation and the applying situation of the current estate management are surveyed through the former working practice and research.And then the researching situation and the developing trend of the estate management at home and abroad is analysed so that the researching method and its mainly researching contents of the estate management system based on the ASP.NET technique.2.The system adopts the UML to face the object modeling for designing the thought through the description of the system analysis and the feasible analysis.In this way,the structure of the system can be analyzed in detail and the business procedure should be analyzed with the activity diagram.The seven models,such as the estate system management,the houses management,the equipment management,the estate management,the charge management,the parking management,the user’s management,can be analyzed with the real examples,the descriptions and the non-functional demands.3.It starts from the system design during the designing procedure,the module picture of the system’s whole function and its sub-functional module can be designed by the modules and its operating procedure.After designing,the designing principle and concept of the system’s data base can be designed with the entity graph and the E-R.At last,the data base sheet of the system should be designed.4.The system of the estate management mainly tests its environment,its function and its performance.The test of the system can satisfy the work demand of the actual estate management and effectively improve employees’ working efficiency so that a high-efficient and fast managing model can be developed.Therefore,the estate management system possesses a certain practicability and even shows its humanized management.It also forms a high-efficient,fast and convenient managing mode when the working efficiency is improved.
