The memristor was postulated by professor Leon Chua according to symmetry of circuit variables,and it is fourth element that was used to describe the relationship between charge and flux.The discovery of memristors can be regarded as a milestone in the development of electronic technology.The discovery of the memristor provides a new way of thinking and greater development space for the circuit design and its related application,and has effectively promoted the establishment and perfection of the new circuit theory system.The unique memory characteristics and nano-size of the memristor provide greater development space for circuit design and application,and in communication confidentiality,artificial intelligence,simulated neurons prominent hair surface has a wide range of applications.A filter is a device that processes the signal and With the continuous development of the electronic market,it has been widely produced and practical applicated.The role of the filter is mainly to extract a specific frequency of the signal from a variety of different frequency components of the signal,that allows a certain part of the frequency of the signal through the filter according to demand,while the other part is subject to greater inhibition.It is essentially a frequency selective circuit.As an important circuit component,the filter has been widely used in signal processing,communication engineering,survey survey and automatic control system.With the continuous development and progress of industrial technology and electronic technology,in the large-scale integrated circuit and signal processing system on the structure and performance of the filter circuit put forward higher requirements.Especially in the large scale integrated circuit,it requires the filter has fine structure,small footprint,high performance accuracy,small error.This paper describes the basic theory of the memristor and the three essential characteristics.HP Ti02 linear impurity drift model,quadratic and cubic nonlinear memristor models are analyzed,and a new quaternary nonlinear memristor model is proposed,and the simulation results show that the model is in good agreement with the three essential characteristics of the memristor.The "floating" two-port circuit of the four-stage nonlinear memristor is designed with reference to the "floating"two-port circuit design method.The memcapacitor and meminductor are designed based on the memristor model and analyzed the composite circuit of the memristor circuit,including memristor series circuit and parallel circuit.The model is mainly applied to the fourth-order Butterworth low-pass,high-pass and band-pass filter circuits.The performance of the filter circuit based on the memristor model is close to that of the common resistive element verified by Multisim simulation.At the same time,it proves the correctness and feasibility of the idea of the memristor used in high-order filter circuit.This paper provides reference for the memristor used in higher order,more complex filter circuit.
