| After-sales service is a service activity which is provided for clients after products are sold,a set of perfect after-sales service system can improve customers’ satisfaction on products,enhance the brand influence,which is one of the core competitiveness to the survival of enterprise products,thus strengthening the quality and efficiency of ater-sales service is extremely important.Realizing the informationization and modernization of after-sales service is forced by the trend of the developmet of information technology and modernization,also the urgent demand of after-sales service and management modernization.In view of problems of poor quality,low efficiency,management confusion of enterprise products after-sales service,through a full range of the demand research on enterprise after-sales service,integrate and standardize related business processes and approval procedures,adoting improved SSI(Struts+Spring+Ibatis)fusion framework to build system architecture,combining with Java technology and MYSQL database technology to design and implement the system.This paper adopts MVC(Model-View-Controller)software design mode to improve SSI framework,on this basis,in accordance with software development documents to complete the design and implementation of after-sales service system,the research content includes seven parts: first is the research of framework,including MVC software design mode,SSI framework,which are good technical reserves for improving framework;second is the improvement of SSI framework,in view of the defects that exist in the framework,adopting MVC to join the interface layer to improve its hierarchical structure,which lays a solid foundation for the system architecture design;third is the analysis of system business requirements,including system feasibility analysis,authority analysis,functional requirements,non-functional requirements,which provide important reference basis for realizing functions and performances of the system;fourth is the design of the system,according to the requirements analysis,carrying on architecture design,functions design,business processes design,which improve the development efficiency,shorten the development cycle;fifth is the database design,following design principles and key points,carrying on data model design,the relationship between tables and table structure design,which implements the characteristics of low data redundancy and strong independence;sixth is the implementation of the system,completes authority distribution,implements the data source configuration,system architecture,business functions and processes,which comprehensively improves the system performance;seventh is the test on the system,based on test principles,using test methods of blackbox and whitebox to design test cases to make a comprehensive test on the compatibility,performance,business functions of the system.This system strictly follow the feasibility analysis,requirement description,system design,system implementation,software test of the software development life cycle,practice has proved that the system can effectively solve the problems such as poor quality,low efficiency,management confusion of after-sales service.Which helps to regulate daily work of after-sales service,reduce the manpower and material resources,decrease the service cost,realize the informatization and modernization of after-sales service management;and it is very high practical value for improving the management efficiency and level of after-sales service,enhance the core competitiveness of products. |
