With the improvement of the level of Government informatization,the application of government information has been developed from early simple application to network as a platform.It covers all aspects of government office and service,from simple business process to complex data summary、The level of assessment、 decision support and so on,The variety of official business of government agencies can not Left the support of information systems;but with the further development of government information construction,government agencies have also appeared in the construction of information: the disunity of data、unshared data、data sharing efficiency is too slow and other problems arise.Every time you want to use the new system to solve these problems,but often many new problems are brought up while solving the old ones.After an effective analysis of the government information construction process,it is found that the most essential reason is that government agencies do not really grasp the concept of master data,the lack of master data management.After experienced many years of information technology development,Government agency has been completed and put into use a lot of information systems.These systems are independent of each other,the data are incomplete and inconsistent,it is difficult to produce enough to support decision-making data,leading to government agencies can not better improve service capacity;Therefore,the government agencies are very keen to solve the above problems,and the establishment of the main data management system,unified management in its administration,the main data generated in the service,and the need for these data to establish a unified coding and management norms;and then in this data Unified on the basis of the realization of the integration of various business information systems.In this paper,a city housing construction as the background,combined with MDM related technology,the establishment of a unified coding standard,through the development of the main data management system to solve the above problems.The main functions of this project are: master data management function,automatic coding function,data synchronization function and custom query summary function.The master data management function is the core function of the whole system.The meta attribute can be created on the determined master data.The attribute information must conform to certain verification rules.After the master data and meta attribute definition operation can be completed,On the data for automatic coding,automatic data synchronization and custom query summary,and all kinds of log information saved.Automatic coding function can make the new data generated by each business system in accordance with a unified encoding format encoding,through a unified code,you can make the original system can also be directly between the query summary and other operations.Data synchronization function through the SQL Server itself to achieve the function to ensure that the entire residence of the external data unified,can improve the credibility of the Housing Bureau itself,but also to dispel some of the business departments to use technical means to solve business concerns.Custom query summary function reduces the technical difficulty of using the query summary feature by setting up SQL query statements in a visual interfaceThe information system has completed in this paper has been in a Housing and Urban-Rural Bureau on-line operation,the basic solution to the original system of various types of problems,the use of good results,but also for government agencies to solve data sharing problem provides a good solution.
