Real-time scheduling and its applications are attracting more and more attention, and widely applied to many areas of national economy in today’s information age. Scheduling is essentially the allocation of resources, in the condition of limited time and resources, how to maximize the benefits of resources matters much to resource owners.There has been a growing need for trustworthy relationships in recent years, especially in health care system with particularly vulnerable trustworthy relationships, patients suffering from pain and medical staff in the weak position in the "medical trouble" eager to establish a trustworthy doctor-patient relationship. In this situation, some traditional scheduling methods can no longer meet the needs of system, so it is necessary to propose a new scheduling algorithm that meet the requirements of trusted application scenarios.In order to getting fully use of trustworthiness and solve the scheduling problems in trusted application scenarios, a new real-time scheduling algorithm is presented. Through the research and analysis of some classical scheduling algorithms which are currently widely used,combined with the application of trustworthiness in different social fields,determine the task with high trustworthiness should be executed earlier than that with lower trustworthiness. The main idea of the algorithm is as follows: considering three characteristic parameters of the task which called trustworthiness, arrivall time and value, determine the principle of priority assignment, and the corresponding priority allocation scheme is designed according to the different kind of parameters of characteristic.Afterwards, the concept of second-level priority is introduced to describe the tasks with the same priority, and the priority table is established correspondingly to reflect the value of the trustworthiness and improve the priority-based real-time scheduling algorithm. Compared with traditional scheduling methods in HIS system, it shows that the real-time scheduling algorithm based on trustworthiness is superior to the traditional FCFS scheduling algorithm in users’ satisfaction.To reflect the practical significance of real-time scheduling algorithm based on trustworthiness, try to apply it in the register of HIS system, and in order to better accomplish the work of scheduling,develops automatic appointment on appointment booking platform,completed reservation task scheduling in private doctors in resource conflict scenarios. The application of the scheduling algorithm based on trustworthiness in HIS system, increasing the communication and understanding between doctors and patients, is conducive to the rational allocation of medical resources, played a positive role in establishing the trust relationship between doctors and patients.
