Based On Data Mining Method Discusses The Understanding Of The Professor Li Yong For The Treatment Of CHB And Medication Regularity

Objective In January 2009 to March 2017,according to the standard sc reen,Professor Li Yong in affiliated hospital of Shandong University of TCM diagnosis and treatment of 301 cases of chronic hepatitis B viral hep atitis,(hereinafter referred to as the treatment of chronic hepatitis B),cases for data mining and analysis,to explore professor Li Yong acad emic thoughts and the regularity of drug for the treatment of chronic hep atitis B.Methods Use Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System s oftware(TCMISS,V2.5)for statistical software for inputting cases,cont act in TCM theory and clinical experience in the analysis,summarized pro fessor Li Yong academic thoughts and the regularity of drug for the treat ment of chronic hepatitis B.Results This study analyzed 301 cases and 301 prescriptions.Sex rati o: the male: female is about 5:3;The average age is 43.64 years;Pulse h eavy string frequency is highest symptom;The most was the liver depressi on and spleen deficiency;As the highest frequency of traditional Chinese medicine,GANCAO occurred 299 times;The herb belonging to the stomach m ajority and spleen meridian was the most;Combined association rules anal ysis,a total of 44 clinical results,7 of TCM,the article 230 association rules;Correlation coefficient is greater than 0.01 drug combinations have seven groups;A total of 11 new formula combination.Conclusions Chronic hepatitis B patients were usually spleen deficien t,wet poison gas invades the body,liver and spleen disease evil invasio n;treated with liver spleen and detoxification;Clinical commonly used f ormula has Ganrong soup,Xiaoyao dispersion,Shashenmaidong soup;With an emphasis on protect spleen and stomach.
