| Chronic kidney disease is a common chronic disease, with high incidence, complicated etiology, poor prognosis and so on.The treatment of chronic kidney disease is a complex process, patients often suffer from other chronic diseases. In terms of drug selection and dosage, doctors need to consider a variety of disease factors. In the meantime, patients are required to undergo continuous disease self-management outside the hospital, but it is often difficult for doctors to provide hospital guidance in a timely manner. The rapid development of internet medical in recent years has provided new ideas for solving the difficulties in the traditional medical treatment. In particular, the rise of online consultation services has provided a new way for the communication between doctors and patients outside the hospital. This thesis designs and implements an online medication support system for chronic kidney disease from the perspective of online medical services. The system is based on cross-platform technology to enable patient-physician real-time communication and support for multiple message types. In addition, this thesis designs a medication support module for chronic kidney disease based on the relevant medication guidelines. The module generates three sub-modules through question analysis, question matching and answer generation. The question analysis module is used for word segmentation and keyword extraction;the question matching module is used for matching the patient questions with the preset question-answer sets;the answer generation module is used for querying the data and generating the patient-specific answer suggestions.By embedding the medication support module in the online communication system, patient questions can be analyzed and suggestions made, thereby improving the usability of the system. |
