Design And Implementation Of Laboratory Dangerous Goods Management System Based On Workflow

School Laboratory is a important scientific research and teaching place of teacher and student.Dangerous articles safety accidents occur from time to time because of inflammable and explosive dangerous goods.The safety management work of laboratory dangerous goods is prevention of accidents and guaranty no personal injury and property losses.Because of management means and Lack of funding,there are many problems in the management of laboratory dangerous goods,such as low efficiency of reporting and approval,incomplete data statistics,dangerous articles flow can’t be tracked and so on.In order to solve the above problems,Laboratory Dangerous Goods Management System Based on Workflow is designed and developed a system,which is based on Workflow.The main word as follow:According to the hazardous material management business process,workflow theory and Petri network modeling theory,the workflow model of dangerous articles management is designed in this paper.System design scheme,including overall architecture design,functional design,workflow model design and database design,et al.,is given.And the main function,such as role authorization management,mobile terminal,server functionality and general query is developed.This system realizes the whole process control and record from the declaration,examination and approval,procurement to the storage,use,recycling,destruction,furthermore the articles ledger and the use of registration and inventory with information management has been achieved.The dangerous articles management system based on Workflow improves the information level of the safety management of Teaching Research Laboratory.The system can register and record the data of hazard source in time.To achieve a comprehensive and effective management of dangerous articles,from the information collection,analysis,release,supervision,tracking and other aspects,it realizes the information management and information sharing of the whole life cycle of teaching laboratory.The system promotes the deep integration of information technology and security work,and has a good effect in practical application.
