Design And Implementation Of Public Security Bureau Dangerous Goods Institutions Iot Management System

Wuxi new district is the leader of reform and economic development of Wuxi,with fast grow of economic construction,kinds of enterprise is fast improve with new methods and diversification development,there are more and more enterprise use dangerous goods in producing,selling,using and storing,therefore,the potential safety hazard of highly toxic chemical and radiation is increasing.In 2009,the government propose build “Experience China” information center in Wuxi new district,with the help of Wuxi the Internet of Things industry research institute,new district public security branch bureau self-raised funds,independent research and develop the “dangerous goods institutions Io T management system”.This project is intelligence monitoring management platform based on RFC(Radio Frequency Chart)device,use the advanced Io T technology,import real world physical information into information system.This platform use SOA(Service Oriented Architecture)as system architecture,the RFC devices used in this project are intelligent devices integrated RFID and high definition camera,with the functions of personnel identification,video moving detecting,RFID and video linkage alarming.This system dynamically gets real time physical information of dangerous goods from warehouse,and send those data to information management system at public security bureau,realize dynamic monitoring of dangerous goods storing.The whole platform system including GIS(Geographic Information System),enterprises map maker,enterprise dangerous goods manager management system,.The identification of personnel enters dangerous goods warehouse,video moving detecting alarming,high definition videotaping,and monitoring data will dynamic upload to public security bureau command center,to realize the 24 hours dangerous goods warehouse monitoring.This Io T technology was running and testing in new district administered dangerous goods related enterprises,in testing,the efficiency of monitoring dangerous goods,monitoring related personnel and monitoring specific operations make a break through.Solving the problem of dynamic monitoring dangerous goods warehouse,operating personnel and specific operating of public security bureau,greatly improve the ability of public security bureau monitoring dangerous goods storing enterprises.This platform system good running two years,the result is satisfactory,related software and hardware is mature.So far,this dangerous goods storing enterprise Io T management system is popularize to 24 dangerous goods storing enterprises at whole new district,and acquire great feedback.This platform technology can be in common use,other industry and situation similar to dangerous goods storing can copy this platform pattern,management model and flow can provide to other districts.In the future,this platform system will extend to accounting office,precious metal warehouse,hotel valuables warehouse and special industry and enterprise's similar situations and fields.This platform imports information system and the Internet of Things into public security managements,has exploratory and innovation,it is valuable to related system design and implementation.
