The Design And Implementation Of Converged Communication System Oriented SIP Protocol Stack

With the continuous development and evolution of the network technology,the traditional communication service has been unable to meet the demands of users and the integration of the communication service is bound to replace it.Converged communication technology has been achieved the connection of Internet and PSTN,and the integration of the instant messaging,voice calls,video calls and other communications,providing an enhanced unified communications services.In order to meet the diverse communication demands of users,the integration of communication technology is bound to be a great development.For converged communications projects,the instant messaging service is one of the most used services,and the SIP protocol is the most core protocol to support the converged communications project.So,how to design a SIP protocol stack which can not only meet the instant messaging service,but also provide a good support for other converged communication services is very important.Based on the above background,this paper studies the instant messaging service of the converged communication technology,and through the research and design of the SIP protocol stack modules finally designs and implements a SIP protocol stack which is suitable for the instant messaging service in the converged communication project.Firstly this paper studies the requirement of instant messaging service in the converged communication project,and compared the SIP,XMPP and other mainstream protocol in instant messaging services.And this paper studies the foreign mainstream SIP protocol stack and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages.Secondly,this paper introduces the service architecture of the converged communication project,expounds the important supporting function of the SIP protocol stack,and introduces the function of the protocol stack to the upper layer and shows some simple examples.Then,a layered architecture of SIP protocol stack is designed.Based on this architecture,the implementation method of each layer of the layered architecture is deeply studied and the implementation scheme of the protocol stack is proposed.Finally,the validity and reliability of this protocol stack are verified by test data.At the end of this paper,the research of this topic is summarized,and the future research direction of converged communication system oriented SIP protocol stack is pointed out.
