With the reform of the financial system in China,the competition of financial market is becoming increasingly fierce,and the business of banks is increasing.The relationship between customers and banks can be a more friendly situation through the telephone banking system.Through the telephone banking system construction,to achieve the service improvement,business growth and efficiency of the mutual promotion and the promotion of a virtuous circle.So the customer will enjoy the high efficiency of the telephone banking system,the bank will also be from the telephone banking system to achieve its own services,internal management and customer management.Further promote customer relationship management,improve customer satisfaction and sales ability,in the premise of building a risk prevention system,and ultimately improve the overall customer service level.The seating system as part of a telephone banking system,further improve the telephone banking system.Seating system of telephone banking to customers as the center,based on unified communications,focus on the business intelligence,,build a convenient and time-saving,easy to achieve cross regional distribution of unified deployment management,also have the perfect and flexible customers,sales,marketing,customer service,product integration process control mechanism,more professional,timely and system to provide services to customers,effective management and control integration,also for the bank's decision to provide favorable basis.This thesis mainly describes the development of the banking system for the telephone agent management section.Starting from demand management agent to complete the design and implementation of agent management system.The focus of this article is through demand analysis,the overall design of seat management system,structural design,detailed function of each module has been designed,and then implement the design,and finally test the system.The agent management system C/S architecture,the use of Delphi development platform,a powerful SQL Server 2005 database,ADO technology to achieve full functionality seat management,including Management Service members,telephone function,the admissibility of business,business inquiries.
