Design And Implementation Of Personnel Management System Based On J2EE

Human resource management system has attracted the attention of all enterprises.A comprehensive,powerful resource platform can be established by incorporating the HR management system,and the optimization and modernization of the enterprise can be realized.At present,the construction of HR management system is a complicated work,which is due to the different requirements of the size,type and stage.So the design and development of this project has important value and significance.This paper analyzes the research background and the related development of the human resource management system,and describes the main problems that need to be solved.This system mainly completes the personnel report query,appointment and dismissal of cadres approval,personnel information query,personnel statistics,file maintenance and management,system management,and other major functions.The personnel files maintenance includes personnel entry registration,leave registration,personnel transfer registration and the appointment of approval and other functions;Personnel report query can query the basic situation of one or more departments based on a variety of conditions.The appointment and dismissal of cadres including the ability to add,delete,and modify the content of examination and approval of the appointment and dismissal of cadres.Personnel information query function can process the personal information of specific condition.Personnel information statistics includes personnel registration,personnel leave registration,personnel transfer and maintenance,and other statistical information for the transfer of cadres.System management,including the department settings,internal offices settings,title settings,academic positions setting,the administrator role setting and user permission settings.In the development of the system,MyEclipse is used as the development platform and development tools.Java is used as programming language.B/S,SSH,MVC are used as developing architecture,framework and models.The purpose of this paper is to design and implement of personnel management system.First,system requirement is analyzed.Then the whole design plan is proposed.Finally,the function of the modules is implemented.The experimental results show this system can fulfill the functions of personnel report query,appointment and dismissal of cadres approval,personnel information query,personnel statistics,file maintenance management,system management.This system can provide a complete solution for human resource management,and therefore the efficience can be enhanced.
