The Design And Implementation Of Public Security Evidence Management System

Evidence is one of the evidence in the criminal procedure law,but also the important evidence of the public security department to solve the case.The evidence is an important basis for China’s public security departments in the investigation of cases,evidence management is put in storage,destruction of evidence and repaying the management of case evidence mainly involves the evidence;with the development status of cases and transfer of evidence involved,including storage,receiving,inspection and identification of all items involved.Over the years,due to the rapid development of China’s economy,politics,the use of a variety of technologies,the difficulty and complexity of the detection of the case,the types of evidence involved are also greatly increased,the relevant evidence of the transfer,extraction,inspection and preservation and other work with the day.In this paper,the development process of the system is described in detail in this paper.First of all,the system development background and research status and the main work of the system are described,and the system’s requirements,and introduces the J2EE platform technology,the use of Java language,Struts2 technology,B/S structure,Oracle database system design and implementation,and then carry out the overall demand analysis,Struts2 Technology,and the various management module needs analysis.The system according to the needs of the main realization of the material evidence registration,inspection,inspection and other process management functions,to achieve the material evidence query,borrow,physical evidence,evidence of destruction and other management.In which the material evidence management is mainly divided into the exploration site information,evidence identification,material evidence sorting process management,evidence examination,the type of physical evidence,evidence identification information,evidence status.Management of the whole process of physical evidence management,fully able to achieve the actual process of the Public Security Department of physical evidence management.Evidence management system of the public security bureau the public security department to give full play to the function of material evidence management,improve the management level and efficiency of evidence,the system interface is clear,complete function,is suitable for the needs of public security evidence management,make timely and clearly grasp the massive evidence of public security Public Security Bureau every day,to help manage the evidence see,direct evidence,greatly improve the efficiency of their case,detection,promotion of public security information.
