The Design And Implementation Of Public Security Organ Comprehensive Office Management System Based On B/S Model

Panjin City Public Security Bureau of existing office mode complex process,low efficiency,high labor costs has become the main obstacle to the Bureau’s core business,the need to promote information construction process.With the continuous development of e-government,the construction of a comprehensive office management system has become possible.To end the traditional office situation,in accordance with the requirements of the construction of the national "Golden Shield Project",the project developed based on B/S mode of public security organs integrated office management system and lay the foundation for the realization of "strengthening police with science and technology".Firstly,the key technology of system development is analyzed,and the system structure is determined by B/S and J2EE,and Oracle database is adopted.By analyzing the characteristics of Struts technology,Spring technology and Hibernate technology,the integrated SHH frame is adopted.Secondly,the functional requirements and non functional requirements of the system are analyzed in detail.By drawing use case diagram,data flow chart to complete the system’s business process analysis,and analysis of the system’s functions and system needs to meet the performance;the system is divided into a comprehensive query module,case processing module,document processing module,SMS notification module and other major functional modules.Then,complete the design of the system.The overall architecture and network topology are designed,and the typical modules such as query module,query module,document processing module,SMS notification module are designed.The structure and sequence diagram of the class structure are given.Finally,the system is developed and realized.The realization of six functional modules:user login module,authority management module,case management module,document processing module,SMS notification module,comprehensive query module and so on are described in detail.Function tests,performance tests and compatibility tests are carried out for the system,and the test indexes meet the requirements.The on-line operation of the system has an important role in improving the work efficiency of the Public Security Bureau and promoting the construction of public security organs.
