With the increasing number of museums in China,its educational function has been strengthened.Majority of museums serve audiences,especially the teenagers,with rich education programs.Since the museum education has been attached great importance,it has been more scientific than before.Besides,the issue of adolescent education in museums has become one of hot issues.The paper,based on Shanxi Museum’s Teen Docent Program,which has lasted up for ten years,through literature research,data collection,investigation and interviews to analyze and study the uniqueness of museum’s teen education.Thus to sort out the influence of museum education,and put forward constructive suggestions for museum’s adolescent education.Chapter one introduces the research purpose firstly,than review the abroad and domestic research achievements and propose the theory foundation for the Teen Docent Program.In the end of chapter one,I will explain my research methods.Chapter two illustrates theories and status of adolescent education,than analyzes and summarizes the cases on the topic and sort out the research contents and methods.Chapter three takes Shanxi Museum’s Teen Docent Program as the example to demonstrate its development stage,operation model and influence for youngsters’ education.Than based on the Teen Docent Program in summer 2016,I will explain the design process from the perspective of curriculum.Further more,through analyzing the program to expose the uniqueness of museum education.Furthermore,through investigating and interviewing to collect data and analyze its influence in youngsters’ education.On the basis of the influence analysis in third chapter,chapter four discusses methods,details and problems the program will encounter,to enlarge the influence of museum youngsters’ education.What’s more,some practical advice on human resources will be given in this chapter.Finally,the author draws the following conclusions: firstly,based on the positive influence of museum education on teenagers to give advice to teenager-oriented organizations and family,thus to emphasize their responsibilities in taking advantage of museum education.Secondly,museum educators,schools,organizations and family should create an effective model of museum education which is suitable for different teenagers based on the uniqueness of museum education and individualism of teenagers.Thirdly,in order to provide a sustained and effective guarantee for the influence of museum adolescent education,museum educators should make great efforts in planning and evaluation.
