Fog culture is stand out from the development of the soilless cultivation technology.First,in the fog culture system,the researchers tried different types of atomizers.It was noted that different atomizer resulted in differences in droplets size,but the mechanism of droplets size affect the growth of plants is not clear.Second,how to detect and control the fog culture environment are also problems in the fog culture control system.Finally,it is also worth exploring that how to control the amount of the droplets of different sizes and how to control the spray time.To solve the problem of the size of droplet affects the growth of fog culture,a test bench was designed this paper,which can generate a variety of particle size droplets.The ultrasonic atomization group and the pressure type nozzle are used to generate different droplet size and to do the relevant atomization cultivation test.In the paper,the environmental parameters such as light intensity,temperature,humidity,and time will directly affect the crop growth condition.A set of STC15 series single chip microcomputer intelligent fog plowing control system was designed in the paper.The fog plowing control system detects the parameters of the cultivator(light intensity,temperature,humidity)through the controller A,and transmit data with controller B through the wireless module.Then,according to the collected information,the controller A and B play the role of intelligent control system which can realize the data acquisition,control and transmission.Taking into account the time,temperature,humidity,light intensity and other factors in the root environment of the fog culture,and there are mutual influence among the multi-factors of the fog culture environment.In order to obtain the effective control method,according to the external weather and time factors,this paper proposed a method to control the ultrasonic atomization and pressure nozzle by fitting different light intensity levels and time periods.This way can control the atomization strength and atomization time of ultrasonic atomization and pressure nozzles.In this paper,the temperature and humidity coupling control of the fogging test bench was put forward.Firstly,the temperature and humidity of the environment were collected in real time;Secondly,the temperature was blurred according to the fuzzy control idea,coupled the temperature with humidity at thesame time;then adjust the temperature and humidity of the cultivation chamber through controlling the fan,ultrasonic atomization film and hydraulic nozzle,so that crop roots can stay in the appropriate environment.As to how to control atomization amount and in order to distinguish the amount of the atomization in different conditions,the atomization principle of ultrasonic atomization film was put forward in this paper.And the ultrasonic atomization grouping control circuit was designed.The control strategy is used to determine the grade of ultrasonic atomization,namely,the number of ultrasonic atomization working at the same time.
